Questions for Reflection

Today, I’d like to share a bunch of questions that can be helpful for becoming more mindful of yourself. I’ll be sharing some of the questions I ask myself and of those I observe on a regular basis.

What are you doing?

Why are you doing that?

Why does that matter to you?

What feeling do you experience from acting on that specific why?

Is what you’re about to say right now coming from a place of love or creation?

Are you choosing a fear-based response right now?

Will that response provide long-term benefits?

What are you trying to protect?

Is the threat real or is it simply threatening your comfort zone or ego?

Who do you want to be at this moment?

How do you want to respond during adversity and challenges?

What feelings do you want to embody and radiate in your life?

Why do you want to embody and radiate those?

If you could only be identified by one quality, value, or trait, which would you choose?

Are you choosing that because you love how it makes you feel?

Are you possibly choosing it because of the way you think others will respond to it, and that will lead you towards the positive feeling you seek?

What is it you desire the most in your life?

Why do you desire that?

Will obtaining what you desire help you align and live a life you’re excited to live?

How are you going to move closer towards a life you’re mostly excited to live?

I ask again, what are you doing?

Why are you doing it?

Remember what you said you desire the most and stay connected to your why.

Time is precious, find out what you’re really seeking. Gain clarity, explore, become decisive, re-purpose energy and resources, and move closer towards things that make you excited to live your life. It’s much better than dreading each day.
