About

Our Vision:

We want to help create a world where the value of emotional intelligence is understood by the majority. We envision a culture where better understanding each other and acting in accordance with that understanding becomes the popular thing to do, the common thing to do.

We see a world where there is more of an “us” perspective than a “me” perspective. We aim to add value to as many lives as possible, so that they may do the same for others. The desired ripple effect is to improve the overall quality of human interaction.

At Shift we believe that growing together is the way to manifest a better life experience for everyone involved.

Current Mission:

Shift Training is currently on a mission to connect with and positively impact at least 10,000 lives. We aim to train our clients and coaches to be as emotionally and mentally self-sufficient as we can. We are committed to positively impacting every person we work with.

We’re currently seeking more clients to work with and coaches to train. With that expansion, we can take larger steps towards our Vision.
